FRSFreeStates: “Why The Affordable Care Act Is Constitutional”: Ending Free Healthcare in America

Affordable Care Act

Why Obama’s Healthcare Law Is Constitutional | The Nation.

I’m not a lawyer and I don’t pretend to be but I’m not clueless about the US Constitution either. As as Liberal its the one document I base my politics on. But I do know that the Federal Government has a Commerce Clause. And that people can be forced to buy Auto Insurance. So based on these two provisions, I believe it can force people to cover. Their share of the costs when it comes to their Healthcare. So that people who are responsible enough to cover their Healthcare Costs. Through either Health Insurance, a Health Savings Account or out of pocket. No longer get stuck covering the costs of the people who don’t. Thats exactly what the Individual Healthcare Mandate is all about. Ending Free Healthcare in America, so these costs aren’t passed on to people. Who cover their own Healthcare and this idea that Low Income people. Can’t afford it, well thats why we have Medicaid.

Even people that support Single Payer Health Insurance, meaning Medicare for all. Like the Green Party a Socialist Party, thats part of a lawsuit. To throw out the Affordable Care Act in the Supreme Court. Are starting to understand that there’s no such thing as “Free Healthcare”. Whether you pay for your Healthcare, out of pocket. A Health Savings Account or through Health Insurance. Or through higher taxes, if we did have Single Payer, your paying for your Healthcare. Its just a matter of how you pay for your Healthcare and thats what the Individual Mandate is about. End Non Compensated Healthcare in America, so hospitals and their patients. No longer have to cover the Healthcare Costs of people who don’t cover their Healthcare Costs.

We’ll learn if the Affordable Care Act is Constitutional or not. Which will be determined by the US Supreme Court this year. But if they rule in favor of the ACA, it will be a major step. In helping us bring down our Healthcare Costs, because we’ll end Non Compensated Healthcare in this country.
